Mr. Folkes has worked for several outstanding corporations where he gained his experience in contract manufacturing, custom packaging, product assembly, inventory control and third party logistics. Mr. Folkes has been recognized by many in the industry for his ability to identify and implement value-added services. Mr. Folkes is certified on total quality processes and utilizes quality tools on a daily basis.

Improvements were applied in warehousing efficiency, on-time delivery, quality of customers shipments and monitoring various warehouse errors. M. A. Folkes Company is a member of the Cincinnati Minority Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, Cincinnati Minority Development Suppliers Council and has acquired national certification with the SBA. M. A. Folkes Company's growth plans include facility expansion through newly formed business relationships.
