I'm writing this letter to you and your company to express my heartfelt gratitude and Thanks for all the hard work and effort everyone at your company has put forth towards the our facility.

All of your employees have been there for my shop and myself since I took over the lead position here. When I have needed boxes your employees have stepped up to the plate for us and provided what we have needed within a very short period of time.

When we had an issue with the boxes and skids you and all of your employees banded together to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude and thanks to your employees for all the hard work and effort that they gave to us when you sent them here to re-pack all of the non-conforming boxes/skids with the correct ones.
